Rocking Triceps Pushdown

Set your feet below the rope and lean your upper body towards the rope. Set one foot back. Push down the rope and lean your entire body back onto the rear foot as you push down to get your hands behind your body. Don't forget to bring your chest to the front during the pushdown. As you release the rope slowly, lean your body back onto the front foot.
